To access your OneDrive files on your new laptop, follow these steps:
- Sign in to OneDrive: Click on the white or blue OneDrive cloud icon in the Windows taskbar notification area.
- Add your account: Select the Help and settings icon, then go to Settings > Account > Add an account. Enter your email address associated with your Microsoft 365 subscription, select Sign in, and enter your password.
- Open your OneDrive folder: After signing in, go through the tutorial and select Open my OneDrive folder. This will allow you to access your files.
- Sync your files: If you want to sync files from your OneDrive to your local device, you can drag and drop them into your OneDrive folder. You will see blue circular arrows indicating that they are syncing, and green check marks when the sync is complete.
- Access via web browser: Alternatively, you can access your OneDrive files from any computer by signing in to office.com with your work email and selecting OneDrive.
If you encounter any issues, ensure that your OneDrive sync app is up to date and functioning properly.
