Please follow these steps to restore your OneDrive files:
Method 1: Check Version History
- Step 1: Go to https://onedrive.live.com
- Step 2: Click on the three dots next to your file
- Step 3: Select Version history > Restore
Method 2: Restore OneDrive to a point before the issue occurred
- Step 1: Go to https://onedrive.live.com
- Step 2: Click on Settings > Restore OneDrive
- Step 3: Choose a time before the issue happened
I noticed that your account is tagged as education, so I’ll provide additional information based on that. Since your account is an education account, it is managed by your school’s administrator (possibly the school’s IT department).
