To move your case forward, please try the following:
- Re-upload your government-issued business registration
- Verify that your Startup Program profile information matches your legal entity name exactly.
- If you are still facing the issue, you can open a support ticket as follows:
- Sign in to the Microsoft for Startups Portal.
- Select the "?" icon in the top-right corner of the screen.
- Select "Submit a Support Ticket". Attach relevant documents or screenshot of errors as needed.
