To get your official invoice, sign in to your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com. Once you’re logged in, go to Services & Subscriptions and find your Microsoft 365 Family subscription. From there, click Manage, then choose Payment & Billing and select Order History. Look for the order with the number 624f57a7-b8e8-4c7a-ad60-65a4fc42c18e, dated 10 November 2025, and you’ll see an option to print or download the invoice as a PDF.
If you don’t see the invoice option, it could be because you’re signed in with the wrong account, the invoice is still being processed (which is rare but can take up to 24 hours), or your regional settings are hiding the link.
For quick access, here’s the direct link to your Microsoft Order History page:
Just sign in with the same account you used for the purchase, find the order, and download the invoice.
