I can’t receive email. I can send but not receive. There art no applicable articles and I can not troubleshoot this myself. I need to really get tech help

I can’t receive email but I can send them. Mail box is not full. I need tech help. There is no way to contact anyone or call anyone. Makes me never way to buy another microsoft product ever again

    Please sign in at https://outlook.com on any web browser and check if new messages arrive there.

    1. Are you using a personal Microsoft account (ends with @hotmail.com, @Outlook.com) or a work/school account?
    2. What happens when someone tries to email you?

    Ask the sender whether they receive any bounce-back error messages when sending to your email address.
