How do I speak to someone about my billing? I had a suspicious charge on my bank account so the bank canceled it and issued me a new debit/credit card. I want to speak to someone since the notices sent to me were not specific enough and were deleted. As a result I had the bank cancel the payment as a fraudulent charge. I've entered a new card number in this site and want to clarify any questions. Please respond ASAP!! This is an adult so the child questions above are N/A!

To speak to someone about your billing issues, you can contact Microsoft 365 Support. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Visit the Microsoft 365 support page.
    2. You can either use the contact options available there or get support directly through the Microsoft 365 admin portal if you have access.
    3. If you have specific billing questions, you can also create a support request through the Partner Center if applicable.

Make sure to have any relevant information ready, such as your account details and specifics about the suspicious charge, to help expedite the process.

    Hello,

This is a public forum, so for your privacy and security, we can’t help with billing issues here. Also, no one in this forum has access to your account or payment information.

To get help, open the "Get Help" app on your computer (just search for it in the Start menu). or go to https://support.microsoft.com/contactus, Type "Billing" and press Enter. On the next screen, click "Contact support" at the bottom of the page, then choose "Microsoft 365" > "Manage my subscription". You’ll then see the option to chat with a Microsoft support agent who has access to your account to help review the issue.
