Hello Morutan,
Thank you for reaching out about your Bluetooth issue I understand how inconvenient it can be when Bluetooth doesn’t work as expected. I appreciate that you’ve already tried troubleshooting and even shared photos of your attempts which shows you’ve put effort into resolving this. It’s frustrating when nothing seems to work despite following the steps and Bluetooth problems can be tricky but we’ll work through this together.
This issue often happens because of driver conflicts, disabled Bluetooth services or system settings. A good starting point is to restart your PC and toggle Bluetooth off and on then make sure Airplane mode is turned off. You can also restart the Bluetooth Support Service by pressing Win + R, typing services.msc and setting it to Automatic. If that doesn’t help try updating or reinstalling your Bluetooth drivers through Device Manager. Another helpful step is to run the built-in Bluetooth troubleshooter under Settings select Update & Security select Troubleshoot select Additional troubleshooters.
When you tried troubleshooting earlier, did you notice any specific error codes or messages? Also is your device listed in Device Manager under Bluetooth?
I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back
Regards,
Marcelo
