Hi everyone,
I'm currently unable to access my secondary email "******@hotmail.com," which I only use for gaming. I don't have any sent message history from this email. Anyway, today I tried to log in but encountered a message stating that the email was blocked due to a security issue.
Every time I try to recover it using the phone number (the same one I’ve been using all along), I receive a message saying:
"Try another verification method. That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method."
What's strange is that I can change the password for the email by receiving a code on my phone, and I've changed it twice. However, when I try to log in, the issue persists.
I urgently need a response.
