Dear @Amy Rzepka,
Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, your work email was hacked, you signed out of all devices, and now you can’t receive emails while getting spam messages. For better understand your situation, could you verify us that you are the user or admin?
If you are user, you can contact to your Admin so they can help you reset your password and Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), they also can block suspicious sessions and investigate potential data breaches.
If MFA is not already enabled, set it up as soon as possible. This adds an extra layer of protection.
If you are an admin, I recommend you contact to Microsoft Support Team, use this link to find the appropriate contact number: Global Customer Service phone numbers - Microsoft Support
or you should be able to access the support portal and submit your ticket without further issues Ticket Support: In the Microsoft 365 Admin Center > Support > Help & Support. You can raise support ticket: https://admin.microsoft.com/#/support/requests Microsoft can help secure the account, investigate logs, and restore access.
The Microsoft Online Support Team has higher permission than us moderators to remotely assist you and collect background logs for the root cause.
For more detail information, you also can refer to this link How to recover a hacked or compromised Microsoft account
