I understand how confusing it can be to see the same email show up multiple times. This usually happens when Outlook keeps downloading messages from the server because the account is set up as POP and the option to leave a copy on the server is enabled, or if there’s a sync issue with your mailbox. A quick way to start fixing this is to check your account settings under File > Account Settings and confirm if it’s POP or IMAP.
If it’s POP, try disabling “Leave a copy of messages on the server.” Also, make sure you don’t have the same account added twice in Outlook.
Can you tell me if you’re using POP or IMAP, and if this happens on all devices or just one?
