You are receiving this email because as of November 20, 2025, our records indicate that you have not yet filed a claim in the AT&T Data Incident Settlement. Please note that the deadline to submit a claim is December 18, 2025. If you have recently returned a Claim Form by mail, or if you have already submitted a claim through the Settlement Website and received a confirmation email, you do not need to take any further action.

To all living persons in the United States whose Data Elements were included in the AT&T 1 Data Incident that was announced on March 30, 2024, you may be eligible to receive a Settlement Class Member Benefit from a class action Settlement.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble.

Upon research of this issue I have found that there is indeed an ongoing settlement that has a deadline of December 18. If you are unsure of the sender and do not wish to use the included link then please go here https://www.telecomdatasettlement.com/ where you can check if you're eligible to file and submit a claim before the deadline.
