To save your folders and move them to a new email address using your phone, you can follow these general steps:

    1. Access Your Email App: Open the email app you use (like Outlook) on your phone.
    2. Export Emails: If your email app allows it, look for an option to export or save your emails. This might be under settings or account options. If there's no direct export option, you may need to manually save important emails by forwarding them to your new email address.
    3. Save Attachments: For any important documents or attachments, download them to your phone. You can usually do this by opening the email and tapping on the attachment to save it.
    4. Create Folders: If you have specific folders you want to keep, consider creating a new folder in your new email account and manually moving emails there by forwarding them.
    5. Use OneDrive or Cloud Storage: If you have files saved in your email account, consider uploading them to a cloud storage service like OneDrive. This way, you can access them from your new email account later.
    6. Set Up Your New Email: Once you have saved everything important, set up your new email account in your email app. You can usually do this in the settings under "Add Account."
    7. Import Emails: If your new email provider supports it, look for an option to import emails from your old account. This can help you transfer your emails directly.

Since you are doing this on your phone, the exact steps may vary depending on the email app you are using. Make sure to check the app's help section for specific instructions related to exporting or saving emails.
