Hi @Murugesh Palanisamy,
Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, the incoming Teams call notification does not display on your Poco X7 Pro-running HyperOS, and only the ringtone is heard in your work profile. We truly appreciate the effort you have taken to check the settings and share detailed information about this situation.
This particular issue is more common among devices running Xiaomi’s HyperOS or certain MIUI versions. The way these systems manage background services and app permissions varies depending on the device model, OS version, and user configuration, which can cause inconsistent behavior in call notifications. Moreover, Microsoft Teams integrates directly with Mi Push to optimize the push notification experience on Xiaomi devices. However, this feature requires specific configuration within the Xiaomi system to function correctly
Please try the following steps to improve the behavior:
- Go to Settings > Apps > Manage apps > Microsoft Teams.
- Under Notifications, enable all Teams call and pop-up notification options.
- In Battery saver or Battery usage, select No restrictions for Microsoft Teams.
- Open Permissions > Display over other apps, and turn on the setting for Teams.
- If Teams runs under a Work profile, open Settings > Account & sync > Work profile, and ensure notification permissions are granted for that profile too.
- Restart your phone and test by receiving a Teams call.
Additionally, please review the configuration guidance in the following article: Xiaomi Push Notification. It explains how to enable Mi Push for Teams and lists known limitations related to Xiaomi devices.
