Have you tried searching on the internet for templates? You might find one that'll give you a start. The thing is, though, that templates, even templates for a particular topic like wine collecting, are "one size fits all". That means you'll probably have to make adjustments to suit your unique requirements.
And that, in turn, means you need to invest time learning the fundamentals of good database design. Put another way, even if you do find such a template, you need to know how to properly modify it to work for you.
There is, in fact, an Access template available which tracks product inventories, although its main focus is a company which sells products. The inventory component is one part of it. The one you want is Northwind dev edition. But I see right next to it, "Asset tracking", which could also be a good example to learn from.
