The thing is, though, that templates, even templates for a particular topic like wine collecting, are "one size fits all". That means you'll probably have to make adjustments to suit your unique requirements.

There is, in fact, an Access template available which tracks product inventories, although its main focus is a company which sells products. The inventory component is one part of it.
