Hi, I’m unable to access my OneDrive account. I have many very important files stored there. Could you please provide a temporary link or any way for me to download all my files? My whole life is in that drive.

I still know my username, password, and the phone number linked to the account, but I cannot reach the IT or admin who manages it. Please help me retrieve my files. I’m willing to pay for a subscription, even just for one month, if needed.

Below is the error message I’m seeing. Please help.

"Access Denied

This page has been blocked as it violates the Acceptable Use Policy located in the Terms of Use. If you believe this is a mistake, please contact our Support team using M365 Admin Center for further assistance."

Thanks,

Neth

Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

That error message means the account is managed by an organization, and your access was blocked due to a policy violation. In cases like this, the administrator is the only person or team who can investigate the issue, lift the block, or give you alternative access to your files.

You will need to contact the IT or admin team for that account. Even if they’re hard to reach, they are the only channel who can restore access, Microsoft Support or users like us don’t have the ability to override an organization’s policies.

Let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
