Is it possible to talk to someone about installing my 365. The information is overwhelming and not helpful

I have purchased 365 in 2024 and have paid for and receive a new 365 in November 2025. I am definitely not tech savvy. I have an iMac and having the 365 last year thought it would be as simple to instal it as it was last year. I followed the instructions to upload the OneDrive and the other apps as part of 365 but have been unable to get access to any of this years apps on my iMac. I wish it was possible to talk to someone from Microsoft for help.

    If you just renewed your subscription for Microsoft 365, are you now unable to continue using the installed Office apps on your Mac computer, what error do you see?

    Log into your Microsoft account on this link, check your Microsoft 365 subscription listed there, is the expiry date indicated correct for your new subscription?
