    Hi @Tarang Patel

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern.

Based on your description, you are looking to print all pages in a Loop workspace as a compiled set, rather than printing individual pages separately. We truly value your effort in managing your workspace efficiently and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

This situation happens because Loop workspaces are designed to manage individual pages dynamically, and currently, there isn’t a built-in feature to print the entire workspace at once. The printing function is usually applies on a per-page basis, which is why you need to print pages one by one.

To simplify your printing process, here is a step-by-step method you can follow that suits your situation:

    1. Open a Loop page.
    2. Select Export and choose Word (.docx). If Export is not shown, press Ctrl+A to select all content, then Ctrl+C to copy.
    3. In Word, create a new document. Paste the content for each page or insert the exported files.
    4. After each page, insert a page break to keep pages separate.
    5. When finished, choose File > Print or Save as PDF to produce one compiled document.

This approach will streamline printing and compiling your workspace pages, making it easier and less time-consuming.

Currently, the provided context does not contain specific information on how to print all pages in a Microsoft 365 Loop workspace. However, you may consider using the general printing methods available in Microsoft applications, such as utilizing the PrintDialog class in WPF or the PrintOut method in VSTO Add-ins for printing documents.

For printing multiple pages, you typically would need to set up a loop in your code to iterate through the pages you wish to print, but specific implementation details for Loop workspaces are not covered in the context provided.

For more detailed guidance, please refer to the official Microsoft documentation or support resources related to Loop workspaces.
