I want to cancel a Business 365 account

A few months ago, I signed up for an Office 365 trial for business. I cancelled it before the time was up. On October 10 and November 10 I was charged $14.36 for Office. When I sign into my account it offers me the free trial and if I sign into the admin microsoft page it says my domain does not exist as an account. I have spoken to three different live chat agents and I have been transferred to 2nd level, only to get asked, "Can you sign in?" and then get hung up on.
All I want to know is how can I get this resolved? I didn't want to come into the community about this, but I thought maybe someone else has experienced this frustration and had it resolved.
