Hi MS Team,

When sending a calendar invite, i discovered that anytime i send a Teams Meeting Invite to a Gmail address, minutes later i will get :

User Email
Your message wasn't delivered because the recipient's email provider rejected it.

Diagnostic information for administrators:

User Email
Remote server returned '550 5.7.520 Message blocked because it contains content identified as spam. AS(4810)'

I've recently migrated over to Outlook and this is a first for me, as a side note my email is hosted under outlook.co.il

It seems that your Teams Meeting invites are being blocked by Gmail due to content that is identified as spam. This can happen for various reasons, such as the content of the email, the way the email is formatted, or even the sending server's reputation.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:

    1. Check Email Content: Ensure that the content of your meeting invites does not contain any links or phrases that might be flagged as spam. Avoid using excessive links or promotional language.
    2. Review Email Headers: Sometimes, specific headers in the email can trigger spam filters. You might want to check the headers of the emails being sent to see if there's anything unusual.
    3. Whitelist Your Domain: If you have control over the Gmail account settings, consider adding your domain to the allowlist to prevent emails from being marked as spam.
    4. Contact Microsoft Support: Since your email is hosted under Outlook, reaching out to Microsoft support may provide additional insights or solutions specific to your account.
    5. Monitor Sending Patterns: If you are sending multiple invites in a short period, it might trigger spam filters. Try spacing out your invites to see if that helps.

By following these steps, you may be able to reduce the likelihood of your invites being blocked by Gmail.
