Thanks for reaching out. Before I point you to the right steps, are you trying to add a digital Signature Line or only place a typed signature in your sheet?
Excel for Mac does not support the digital Signature Line feature that Excel for Windows provides. The official guidance is to use a typed signature in a cell or sign the file through external digital signing tools. This comes from Microsoft’s documented feature differences between Mac and Windows.
