To unblock Copilot, you need to check if your organization has data policies that are blocking the necessary connectors. Here are the steps you can follow:
- Sign in to the Power Platform admin center.
- Navigate to Data policies > Data loss prevention.
- Create a new policy or edit an existing one.
- In the Prebuilt connectors section, search for the following connectors and unblock them:
- Microsoft Dataverse
- Direct Line channels in Copilot Studio
- Ensure that these connectors are grouped together in a policy (either business or non-business).
- Save and close the policy.
After completing these steps, Copilot should work as expected again.
