To unblock Copilot, you need to check if your organization has data policies that are blocking the necessary connectors. Here are the steps you can follow:

    1. Sign in to the Power Platform admin center.
    2. Navigate to Data policies > Data loss prevention.
    3. Create a new policy or edit an existing one.
    4. In the Prebuilt connectors section, search for the following connectors and unblock them:
      • Microsoft Dataverse
      • Direct Line channels in Copilot Studio
    5. Ensure that these connectors are grouped together in a policy (either business or non-business).
    6. Save and close the policy.

After completing these steps, Copilot should work as expected again.
