If you are the owner, you can create custom work week calendars for each plan.
Each plan is created using a default work template, which is based on the typical Monday through Friday work week. With Custom Calendars, you can select which days are a part of your work week, and the Planner scheduling engine will automatically update the plan to only schedule work on those days.
