My Microsoft account has been compromised. The hacker somehow bypassed my Microsoft changed the email address linked to my account and reset the password.

My Microsoft account was hacked as well, and I already submitted the recovery form once. I can’t enter my original email anymore because it says the account can’t be found. But if I enter the hacker’s email [****@mail.catalept.ru]**, it lets me continue to the recovery form. If I recover the account using that email, will it work? Because I really can’t use my own email to access the form anymore.
