To install Microsoft 365 on your Apple desktop with macOS Ventura 13.7.8, you will need to upgrade your operating system to at least macOS 14.0, as the version you are trying to install requires that version or higher. Here’s what you can do:

    1. Upgrade macOS: Open the Apple menu, go to "System Preferences," and select "Software Update." Check for any available updates and upgrade your macOS to version 14.0 or above.
    2. Install Microsoft 365: After upgrading your macOS, you should be able to download and install Microsoft 365 using your existing subscription.

If you experience any difficulties during the upgrade or installation process, you may want to refer to Microsoft’s support resources for further assistance.

    Hi @Luis Torres

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, I understand that: You have an Apple desktop running macOS Ventura 13.7.8, and you’re trying to install Microsoft 365. However, the installer requires macOS 14.0 or later, which is preventing you from completing the installation.

According to the documentation I found, the September 2025 update (version 16.101) is the last build that supports macOS Ventura. Therefore, if you cannot upgrade your macOS, you can try downloading Office Suite version 16.101 directly from Microsoft’s official page instead of using another source. Please download the exact version in the picture below:

Please let me know if there are any updates.
