Subject: Unable to Access Account Recovery Options - Stuck in Authentication Loop

I'm writing to report that I cannot follow the troubleshooting steps you provided because the necessary options are not appearing in my authentication flow.
The Problem: I am stuck in a continuous loop between two screens:
- "Verify your identity" - offering only two options: "Approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator app" OR "Use a verification code"
- "Approve sign in request" - showing a number (60, then 78) and asking me to approve in my Authenticator app
What I've Tried: Following your instructions, I have looked for "I can't use my app right now" and "Show more verification methods" links, but these options do not appear anywhere on either screen.
What's Missing: Your instructions state: "click I can't use my app right now, then find the link that says Show more verification methods."
However, the only links visible on my screens are:
- "More information"
- "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now" (which just refreshes to the same two options)
- "Cancel"
There is no "Show more verification methods" link and no "I don't have any of these" option appearing after I click "I can't use my Microsoft Authenticator app right now."
Error Received: Eventually, I receive Error Code: 500121 stating "Sorry, we're having trouble verifying your account."
Screenshots: I have attached 6 sequential screenshots showing the complete loop I'm experiencing, demonstrating that the recovery options you mentioned are not being presented to me.
Could you please provide alternative instructions or escalate this issue? The standard recovery flow appears to be broken for my account.
