Hi Mr klein, I can understand how discouraging it must feel to open the Data Usage page in Windows 10 expecting a clear readout only to be met with a blank screen.
To fix data usage not showing in Windows 10, reset the Data Usage database by deleting SRUDB.dat in %windir%\System32\sru and restarting your PC, check that required services like Diagnostic Policy Service, Network Connectivity Assistant, and Network List Service are set to Automatic and running, repair system components with sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth, update outdated or corrupted network adapter drivers via Device Manager, and if the Settings app itself is broken, reinstall it using PowerShell with Get-AppxPackage *windows.immersivecontrolpanel* | Reset-AppxPackage
After deleting the SRUDB.dat file and restarting did the Data Usage page remain blank immediately or did it start tracking for a short time before stopping again?
Best regards
Lucky Charm
