Natural voice in Read Aloud on Microsoft Edge doesn't work.

Dear all,

I am currently reinstalling a computer with Windows 10. When I open Microsoft Edge and use the Read Aloud feature to read a page, the online natural voice doesn't work — only the offline robotic voice does. I have updated Edge to the latest version. I have also reinstalled the operating system multiple times, but the issue persists.

As shown in the attached image, the Read Aloud control bar appears blurred.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?Capture

    Hi Kentagi,

    Is the device behind a firewall? If the problem persists after reinstalling Windows, it is either the server from Microsoft or the Network connectivity causing the problem.

    In the Windows search, 

    Type cmd, right-click it, and choose Run as Administrator.

    Execute these commands:

    netsh winsock reset
    netsh int ip reset
    ipconfig /release
    ipconfig /renew
    ipconfig /flushdns
