Based on your description, please follow the steps below:
- Ensure you have a personal Microsoft account with OneDrive (not work/school).
- Move notebooks out of the university tenant
- On a PC/Mac, sign in to OneNote where access still works (e.g., OneNote for Windows/Mac or OneNote Online in a browser if possible).
- Export each notebook to local files (OneNote package
.onepkgor sections) or copy pages to a new notebook created under your personal OneDrive.
- Sign out of organizational account on Android
- Android Settings > Accounts: remove the university work/school account.
- OneNote > Settings > Accounts: remove the org account.
- OneNote > Storage: Clear Cache and Data; then force stop.
- Reboot the device.
- Sign in only with your personal MSA
- Open OneNote (latest version), sign in with the personal account, and open the notebooks from personal OneDrive.
If you can't proceed those steps, you will need to contact your IT admin for provisioning.
