If you're not receiving emails, there are several potential issues to consider:

    1. Check Spam or Junk Folder: Sometimes, emails may end up in the spam or junk folder. Make sure to check there.
    2. Email Server Issues: Ensure that your email server is operational and not experiencing downtime or connectivity issues.
    3. Inbox Rules: Verify if there are any inbox rules set up that might be moving or deleting incoming emails.
    4. Email Filtering: Check if any email filtering settings on your email client or server (like Outlook) are blocking or redirecting emails.
    5. External Email Acceptance: If you're using a work or school account, confirm that your email settings allow external emails. Sometimes, organizations block emails from unknown senders.
    6. Test with Different Addresses: If you haven't already, try sending emails from different external addresses to see if any are received.
    7. Contact Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to your email provider's support for further assistance.

These steps can help you troubleshoot why you are not receiving emails.

    Hi @Mohammed Mourad,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Thank you for reaching out to us. I would like to provide you with the following information:

First, please check your Junk Email folder to see if any incoming emails were accidentally moved there. Also, review your current filters.

If the above step does not work, you can uninstall and reinstall Outlook to ensure the application is not experiencing any issues.

I noticed that you tagged this as education, so I will provide steps suitable for an education account:

Since your account is an education account, it is managed by your school’s admin (possibly the IT department).

If the steps above still do not resolve the issue, please contact your school’s admin and ask them to check whether any policies are currently applied to your account.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please feel free to share them in the comments on this post so I can continue to support you.

I look forward to your response
