Why have all humans been erased from the support process?

Microsft support is now all a garbage AI that can't do anything? I'm trying to sign into an account (not this one!) and it was blocked after one wrong password attempt, and there is no way for me to contact a single living breathing person anywhere. This is an absolute joke. Like genuinely what are we thinking? Multi TRILLION dollar monopoly and garbage like this is still happening? What a world.

    Hi,

    My name is Igor. It's a pleasure for me to help others and I'll try to help you. I am merely a fellow user trying to provide insight and information that may be helpful to others.

    Any public company's goal is shareholders' profit. User satisfaction is just a step on this way. So the corporation looks for the ways to reduce expenses for support. Personally, I do not like this too, but only shareholders may change corporation's policy.

    @Riley

    If your blocked account is part of a paid MS 365 Business Subscription, you can submit a ticket directly to Microsoft Support and request a call back or live chat.
    https://dori-uw-1.kuma-moon.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/get-help-support

    For free (Personal) Microsoft Accounts you can use Live Chat only.

    Open a browser to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact
    Tell us your problem -> "Account Locked"
    [Get Help], {Scroll down to the bottom of the page}, [Contact Support]
    Sign in with your working Microsoft account. (Not the blocked one)
    Products and services -> "Other Products" -> "Manage Account Security", [Confirm]
    Choose a support option -> "Chat with a support agent in your web browser"
