Hi Mateusz,
This issue is usually related to UI compatibility between Edge and Samsung’s One UI immersive mode. Edge relies on Android’s full-screen API, but if the system navigation or status bar is locked by One UI settings or if the app doesn’t request immersive mode correctly the top bar stays visible. Recent Edge builds have had similar reports on Samsung devices after updates.
What you can do is:
Check Edge Settings
Open Edge → Settings → Accessibility.
Make sure any option like Hide system bars in full-screen video is enabled.
Adjust One UI Settings
Go to Settings > Display > Navigation bar.
Switch to Gesture navigation (often fixes immersive mode issues).
Disable any setting that forces the status bar to remain visible.
Force Immersive Mode
Enable Developer Options → Force full-screen for all apps.
Or use Samsung Labs (under Advanced Features) to allow full-screen for Edge.
Update Edge
Check for updates in Google Play Store or Galaxy Store.
If the issue persists, try Edge Beta, which often includes UI fixes.
Let me know how it goes, Happy to help!
