    Dear @Valentina Bertotti,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on the information you provided, it appears you are experiencing an issue connecting Zoom to your calendar.

First, could you please confirm whether this issue is occurring with your personal account or your work/school account? If it’s a work or school account, is your organization a small business or an enterprise?

To locate the EWS URL, please try the following methods:

    Using Outlook Web App (OWA):

    1. Sign in to Outlook Web App.
    2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner and select View all Outlook settings
    3. Navigate to Mail > Sync email. The EWS URL should be listed there.

    Using PowerShell:

    1. Open PowerShell on your Exchange server.
    2. Run the command: Get-WebServicesVirtualDirectory | Select name, url | fl
    3. The EWS URL will appear in the output.

    The format will be: https://<mail.server>/ews/exchange.asmx
