To view the results of your forms in Microsoft Forms, follow these steps:

    1. Open Microsoft Forms: Go to the Microsoft Forms website and log in with your Microsoft account.
    2. Select Your Form: Find the form you created from the list of forms displayed on your dashboard.
    3. View Responses: Click on the form to open it, then navigate to the Responses tab. Here, you will see a summary of the responses received, including charts and statistics.
    4. Export Data: If you want to analyze the data further, you can export the results to Excel by clicking on the Open in Excel button.

This will allow you to see all the results collected from your participants.

Hello Stacy D, thanks for posting this in our community.

To view your form results, go to https://forms.office.com and sign in using the same Microsoft account you used to create the form. Once you're signed in, check the “My Forms” page for your form. If you don’t see it right away, try scrolling through the list or using the search bar. You can also check the “Shared with Me” tab if someone collaborated with you on the form. If you sent the form using Microsoft Teams or Outlook, it may help to look there for the link as well.

For more detailed guidance, see this article: View results of your form.

    Kind regards,

    John Oli
