    Hi @Mary Weathersbee,

Thank you for your response. Purchasing a license will not affect the interface because your tenant is not managed by GoDaddy. I would like to clarify the answer and provide more detailed images.

These steps will be performed in the Microsoft 365 admin center, as follows:

If you want to share information with someone outside the organization, you must add that person as a guest user before you can share with them.

    Steps to follow

    Step 1:

    • Go to Users → Guest users → Invite user User's image
    • Fill in the required information.

    Step 2:

    • Go to Settings → Org settings → Services → Microsoft Loop

    User's image

    User's image

    • Check the box Allow access to workspace in Microsoft Loop apps.

    Step 3:

    • Go to Security & Privacy → Sharing User's image
    • Check the box Let users add new guests to the organization User's image
    • Then click Change the external sharing setting for SharePoint and select Anyone. User's image

If you have any updates or encounter any difficulties during the process, please feel free to share with me. I will support you.

Hello, I am still having issues with inviting users outside of the organization to view a loop workspace or page. I have followed all of the steps above.
