How do I get credit for the use of the Skype Dial Pad in Teams Essentials?

No answer yet on how to get credit for making calls with the Skype Dial Pad in Teams Essentials.
The Skype Dial Pad is ONLY for Teams for personal accounts, and ONLY when the personal Microsoft account has remaining Skype credits.
Teams Essentials use Microsoft business account (not personal account), and it has nothing to do with Skype Dial pad at all. In order to make calls with Teams Essentials, you need add on license, such as Microsoft Teams phone with calling plan.
Log into the admin center https://admin.microsoft.com with the account you signed up when subscribing to Teams Essentials. Typically it is one that ends with onmicrosoft.com.
Then go to Billing > Purchase services, search for Calling plan, and then find the Microsoft Teams Phone with calling plan with the zone that works for you (for example, domestic vs international, etc.). Once purchased, assign it to your user. Then in Teams app, make sure you also sign into the same account that ends with onmicrosoft.com, and find the Call tab on the left, and you can make calls from there.
