How do I unblock macro's for a file or website?

I can't utilize an Excel Tool due to the macro's being blocked located at this URL: https://sites.google.com/site/riskofbiastool/welcome/rob-2-0-tool/current-version-of-rob-2

    In Excel, select File - Options.

    Open the left of the Options dialog, select Trust Center, then click 'Trust Center Settings'.

    In the Macro Settings section, enable all macros from there and save those settings and then restart Excel to apply the changed.
