Why was 10.99 taken out my bank left pending

1099 was taken out of my bank account and it's kept pending but I've had no payments the last three months or six months and I have no subscription

    May I know which subscription this is? Does it appear in any emails or notifications?

    Did you have a subscription with Microsoft before, and was it purchased from Microsoft, the Apple Store, or the Google Play Store?
