Can you provide me with the exact, complete error message shown when you try to redeem your Microsoft Rewards points?
I am unable to redeem my Microsoft points, and I am unable to submit a direct ticket to fix this.

Hi, I am trying to redeem my Microsoft points, but I am not able to. It says that due to my unusual activity I won’t be able to, but I have read the terms and I have not broken any rules to warrant this decision. I am trying to submit a ticket to get this fixed, but I am unable to do so via the rewards support request, which is why I have come here.

Please reach out to Microsoft Rewards support for assistance.” And then when I click the support button, it takes me to the Microsoft rewards support request, which I am unable to fill out due to the boxes being all greyed out.
