why isn't my clock working properly?

Clock constantly needs to be synced. I hate it. How do i make it automatically stay synced?

    When Windows starts, it initially gets the time from BIOS, if the time is incorrect when you start your PC that may indicate the CMOS battery on the motherboard needs to be changed.

    Click your Start Button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
