Reinstalled, VPN is off, app not listed in notifications. Opening app allows me to select my acct. (only one entered) then says “getting things ready” never moves c beyond this stage. I’ve turned VPN on/off. Uninstalled/Reinstalled. And turn off phone and none of the directions mentioned in support have not worked. Help

Exactly the same has happened here. I received a notification from Defender, tapped it - got asked to login and now it has been ‘gettingthings ready for about 10 hrs.! Uninstalled, VPN off, restarts, removing all Microsoft apps, been fully round the loop a few times. There were some updates to the Copilot integration across a few apps last night, perhaps that has introduced some conflicts?
