Needing urgent assistance!

I am trying to re-subscribe to Microsoft 356. I no longer have access to the original email I used and my current account has the wrong age and thinks I am a child. Therefore, not allowing to subscribe

    Hi Natalie,

    What happened to the original account?

    You can try recovering it using the form:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/account-billing/help-with-the-microsoft-account-recovery-form-b19c02d1-a782-dee6-93c3-dc8113b20c42

    The only option to change your age is to make a new account, add it as an organiser in the Family group and use that account to change the Date of birth in this account. Let me know if you need the steps for the same.
