    Hi @Bilbeisi, Mohd,
Thank you for reaching out to Q&A Forum.

With Outlook errors 5objp and 5ssai, these errors typically occur during sign-in on Android or iOS devices, especially after device migrations, app updates, or when cached credentials conflict with the authentication flow.

In order to assist you with accuracy, could you provide me with some additional information related with your issue?

Which type of account are you using with Outlook? Is it a personal account (e.g., @outlook.com, @hotmail.com, @gmail.com) or a school/work account managed by your organization?

Have you tried signing in to the Outlook Web App (OWA) through your browser?

Once I have a clearer understanding of your current situation, I’ll be happy to assist you with greater accuracy. Please feel free to share any additional details you believe are relevant. Screenshots are especially helpful and much appreciated.

In the meantime, I'd recommend you clear your device cache credentials first to ensure proper sign-in:

    1. Remove old accounts from device settings
      • Go to Settings → Accounts → Manage accounts.
      • Delete any duplicate or old Microsoft/Work accounts.
    2. Clear Outlook app cache and data
      • Settings → Apps → Outlook → Storage → Clear Cache & Clear Data.
    3. Reinstall Outlook
      • Uninstall Outlook → Reboot → Reinstall from Play Store/App Store.
    4. Sign in using the full UPN format
      • For school accounts, use your organization’s domain.
      • This forces a fresh authentication session.

Note: Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

I'm looking forward to your reply.

    Hi @Bilbeisi, Mohd,

    Thank you for your response.

To assist you more accurately, could you share screenshots of your current Manage Accounts page after completing the initial steps? This will help confirm whether it has been fully cleaned, along with the clear cache section.

If the account's still there after you try the initial troubleshoot steps, I'd recommend you perform deeper clean with your phone account.

    • Check Settings > Accounts and ensure all Microsoft accounts are deleted.
    • Sign-in tokens can persist in the system browser or WebView. So, you should clear cookies in Chrome or the default browser: Settings > Apps > Chrome > Storage > Clear Cache & Clear Data.
    • If Microsoft Authenticator or other apps are installed, they may auto-sign you back, remove linked accounts from Authenticator and other Microsoft apps.
    • Android may re-sync accounts if Auto-sync is enabled, so please disable Auto-sync under Settings → Accounts → Manage accounts.

I hope this information is helpful. Please follow these steps and let me know if it works for you. If not, we can work together to resolve this.

Thank you for your patience and your understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

I'm looking forward to your reply.
