Microsoft deleted or 'forgotten' my business account

I have just set up a business basic account. I've added in all my card details for the subscription and paid $15 for the domain name. It gave me some long email address I didn't want. I tried to change it to the one I wanted and it told me to close all tabs and it logged me out. I now cannot log in under either username or address - it says it does not exist. I have paid and now it does not exist? I am tearing my hair out, can someone help please.

Hello RB, Thanks for posting this in our community. I'm really sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with your Microsoft 365 Business account, especially after you've already completed your payment and setup.

Please try logging in at https://admin.microsoft.com using the original email address Microsoft assigned during setup, such as sample(@)yourdomain.onmicrosoft.com. It’s best to use an Incognito or InPrivate browser window to avoid any cached login issues. If you recently changed your domain, try signing in with both the new custom domain email and the original .onmicrosoft.com address.

If you're still unable to access your account, and since this involves a paid subscription and domain, backend support will be needed to resolve the issue. I recommend reaching out to Microsoft Business Support directly so they can investigate and help restore access to your account.

    Kind regards,

    John Oli
