POWER APPS - EXCEL ISSUE

Same error as last time, it was working well then it happened. The backend is in excel. it is okay on my side but on users this error persists. I tried to create another excel file and shared it to them and point it on power apps same error. please help us. it has been 1 week since then the operation on our booking has been down since then and doing the manual since. we need to fix this ASAP.
