Hi I'm Meng Vue I would like to ask, I am not logged in to this email. What should I do to get in? It reminded me to press the number it gave me, but I don't have any other devices to get in and I don't have the code. What should I do to get in?

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum. To better assistance, could you please provide following information:
- Did you recently change or reset your phone?
- Do you have any backup sign-in method set up (text message, phone call, or email)?
- Do you still have your old phone (even if it’s not active)?
- Are you trying to sign in on a school-issued device or a personal device?
- Have you tried clicking “Sign in another way” on the prompt? If yes, what options appear?
- Do you know if your school uses Microsoft Authenticator only or allows SMS/voice as backup?
In the meantime, I would recommend as below:
1/ If you’ve set up Microsoft Authenticator but aren’t getting a code:
- Restart your phone.
- Open the Authenticator app and keep it open for about a minute.
- Make sure Wi‑Fi or mobile data is on and Do Not Disturb is off.
- (iPhone) Go to Settings > Notifications > Authenticator > Allow Notifications.
- If you see a 6‑digit code in the app, choose “Enter a code” on the sign‑in screen and type it in.
2/ If you see “Sign in another way”:
- Select Text or Phone call if those options appear and follow the instructions.
3/ If no other options appear:
The only secure way to regain access is to have your school’s IT helpdesk reset your MFA settings or issue a Temporary Access Pass. After that, you can sign in and set up new verification methods.Tip: When you regain access, set up at least two MFA methods (Authenticator + phone number) and enable Authenticator backup if allowed.
Please understand that our initial response does not always resolve the issue immediately. However, with your help and more detailed information, we can work together to find a solution.
If I misunderstood what you’re looking for, feel free to let me know or share a screenshot. I’d be happy to help further!
Thank you for your cooperation. I am looking forward to hearing from you.
