Can I confirm when was the last time that you have used Teams that worked without any issues?
Please check as well Teams app version.
- Open Teams.
- Click your profile picture → About → Version.
- Make sure you are using the new Microsoft Teams (the redesigned one, not “Classic”).
- If it says “Try the new Teams” in the top-left corner, click it and switch.
- The new version is the only one with some recent audio menu changes.
