Update: I found the Edit Links and Startup Prompts but the Don't display the alert option was already checked.
How can I suppress annoying "Workbook last saved" message?

In newer versions, go to the Data tab and look for Edit Links under Queries & Connections. If it’s there, select it, then choose Startup Prompt and set it to “Don’t display the alert and don’t update automatic links.” If you don’t see Edit Links, your workbook likely has no active links.
