I can't sign in with facial recognition, and it took me to this page for support.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

An IR camera is required for Windows Hello facial recognition to work. May I please know if you’ve used Windows Hello facial recognition before, or if your device’s hardware supports it?

    1. Go to Device Manager.
    2. Expand the arrow next to Cameras.

See if you have both the Camera and IR drivers working.

If you're device is missing the IR camera, type msinfo in the search bar on the taskbar and click enter.'

Post a screenshot of the resulting dialog box.

I will go through the documentation and see if your device support IR Camera or not.
