I have purchased a Surface Pro X on eBay, not knowing that this was a corporate device. Now I can not log onto the device, because I do not know the password and I can not also reinstall Windows OS, since the device is locked and refraining me of rebooting it via USB.
Please help me out with this issue. I have tried to reach out to the seller and the company that the device is registered at, but no help came from their end.
