Hi @Pham Hoang Tinh
Thank you so much for contacting Microsoft Q&A Forum.
Based on your description, I understand that your Power App, which is connected to an Excel file, was working correctly but has recently started showing a permission error for all users except for you, the owner. The error message is "You don't have permission to view this data," even though you have confirmed the file is still shared and have tried reloading the connection.
Here are a few potential causes:
- The Excel file's location or name has changed. If the file was moved to a different folder, even within the same SharePoint site or OneDrive, or if its name was changed, the path stored in the Power Apps connection could be broken for other users. It might still work for you due to cached credentials or ownership rights.
- The sharing link or permissions have been altered. Although the file appears to be shared, the specific sharing link used by the Power App might have expired, or underlying permissions at the folder or site level could have been modified.
- Authentication token issues for other users. The connection to the Excel file might be failing because the authentication tokens for the other users have expired. While you have reloaded the connection, other users might need to refresh their credentials by signing out and back in.
However, if the problem still persists, I recommend that you post this question on the Power Platform Community forum. The experts there specialize in Power Apps and will be able to provide you with more in-depth support.
